Registration Questions


Q. How do I register for the conference?

A. Complete the registration form at the link provided in the drop down. If you are not a US citizen, please contact Nancy Latimer at nancy.latimer@collins.com, additional information is required.

NOTE: Attendees must ensure that attendance and acceptance of the gratuities at the event does not violate their employer policies or the laws oftheir jurisdiction.  Additionally attendees confirm that they have received all authorizations and approvals required by their employer to attend this event and to receive the gratuities.


Q. I'm having trouble registering. How can I get assistance?

A. If you have questions about the registration process, conference details, or general questions, contact Nancy Latimer at nancy.latimer@collins.com.


Q. How much does the conference cost?

A. There is NO fee for attending the conference. The conference includes all the presentations, continental breakfast  and lunch both days, and dinner on Wednesday night. Travel costs are NOT included (i.e. airfare, car rental, ground transportation, hotel). Attendees are responsible for their own travel costs.

Q. What if I have to cancel my registration?

A. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, please contact Nancy Latimer at nancy.latimer@collins.com.


General Questions


Q. Where is the conference?

A. The Conference is at the Collins Aerospace - ARINC IMS facilities

2551 Riva Road, Building 6, Annapolis, MD 21401 (410-266-4700)

When you arrive, sign in at the lobby registration table. You'll need to note any electronic equipment you're bringing in such as laptops, tablets, iPads, or cell phones. 


Q. When is the conference?

A. Wednesday, September 11 and Thursday, September 12 Check the conference agenda for the specific times for this year's conference.


Q. What should I bring?

A. Collins Aerospace will provide all the presentation materials for viewing and for download. You'll need an unzip utility and a PDF viewer. You can use PDF commenting tools to take notes on the PDFs on your device. A laptop, tablet, or pen and notebook are all you need.


Q. What should I wear?

A. The dress code at Collins is business casual. The conference rooms can be chilly so bring a sweater or blazer.


Q. What time do the sessions begin/end?

A. Typically, the continental breakfast is served both Wednesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 8:30 AM.  Check the conference agenda for the specifics for this year's conference.


  Q. What meals are provided?

A. Breakfast and lunch at the conference both days and dinner on Wednesday evening are provided. The company cafeteria is nearby the conference facilities so if your business ethics and compliance policy does not permit you to accept the conference meals, you can visit that cafeteria and pay your own way. If you would like to attend the dinner and need to pay your own way, contact Nancy Latimer nancy.latimer@collins.com to make those arrangements.

Q. About the Annapolis area
